In this period, you can hire one of our sailing boats to organize special personalized events (birthday parties, bachelorette parties, anniversaries, team-building) or tours with routes structured during the weekend so as to experience Venice in a whole new way.
Tour of the Islands
Available at weekends, from Friday afternoon to Sunday.
Friday
From the catamaran, we board a motor-boat which is ideal for navigating the narrow canals of Venice, and take you to visit some of the best Bàcari, or characteristic inns.
Return to the catamaran and overnight stay on board.
Saturday
Dinner at the Le Saline farm restaurant.
After returning aboard the catamaran, we sail to Cavallino-Treporti, where we will disembark to reach the “Le Saline” farm restaurant, to enjoy dining on seasonal dishes and local products, including the renowned Violet Artichoke from the Sant’Erasmo Slow Food Presidium.
We then return to the catamaran and stay overnight on board.

By arriving at the island by catamaran, you will enjoy privileged and unique views.
At aperitivo time, you will return to Sant’Elena.

*What’s a Bàcaro?
Bacari or Bacareti are small inns which, as well as making a spritz, offer a wide selection of wines by the glass (ombre) and characteristic appetizers that Venetians call cichetti. Just perfect for a quick lunch or an aperitivo.
The most typical dishes are fish-based, but you can almost always find appetizers of meat, cold cuts or vegetables, displayed behind a window at the bar. Among the specialties, you will find croutons with stockfish or marinated anchovies, seafood fry, kebabs of shrimp, boiled small local octopus (folpetti), fried meatballs, fish or vegetables, and battered vegetables (fried pumpkin flowers are excellent in season).
